Job summary

Neste is seeking a Senior Manager, Mechanical for our Chief Engineering Competence Center in the Refining group. The role is based in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, Finland, with potential locations in Rotterdam or Singapore.

It is a full-time permanent position with leadership responsibilities across reliability, maintenance, operations and design teams. You will lead the mechanical discipline, define safety/availability/maintainability requirements, and ensure correct technical content in frame

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial mechanical engineering or management experience.
• Relevant degree in mechanical engineering; B.Sc or higher preferred.
• Fluent English; proven collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as leading expert within the mechanical discipline; set requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement on vendor selection and frame agreements.
• Own mechanical technical content and safety-focused requirements for Neste assets.
• Support refineries as the senior mechanical specialist alongside design and site engineers.
