Job summary

Nordea’s Digital Platform Development team is seeking a full-time IT Analyst to join the MarTech space. The role focuses on configuring and developing the MarTech platform stack to deliver superior customer communications across Nordea’s Nordic footprint.

You’ll work with a diverse, cross-country team and act as a subject matter expert on platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, and Pega Next Best Action, driving platform changes with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and

Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and tools such as Edge network, Federated Audience Composition, Data Distiller.
Experience managing online data collection and forwarding tools such as Tealium EventStream and Software Development Kits.
Understanding APIs, JSON structure and payload, authentication mechanisms and error handling.

Responsibilities

Acting as a subject matter expert and staying on top of the latest functionality for platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Pega Next Best Action and Tealium EventStream.
Driving the implementation of platform changes and improvements and performing platform configuration to provide the best customer experience.
Managing tools for online data collection and deploying changes to them, such as Tealium and Software Development Kits.
