Job summary

Nordea’s Digital Platform Development team is seeking a full-time IT Analyst to join the MarTech space. The role focuses on configuring and developing the MarTech platform stack to deliver superior customer communications across Nordea’s Nordic footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and tools such as Edge network, Federated Audience Composition, Data Distiller.
• Experience managing online data collection and forwarding tools such as Tealium EventStream and Software Development Kits.
• Understanding APIs, JSON structure and payload, authentication mechanisms and error handling.

• Acting as a subject matter expert and staying on top of the latest functionality for platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Pega Next Best Action and Tealium EventStream.
• Driving the implementation of platform changes and improvements and performing platform configuration to provide the best customer experience.

About Our Team

Meet the Digital Platform Development team. Our role is to be subject matter experts in defining, configuring and developing the MarTech platform stack to provide Nordea with the best possible customer communication experience.

Our team consists of 3 product owners, 1 in Sweden, 1 in Finland and 1 in Poland as well as 3 IT analysts, 2 in Poland and 1 in Finland. The team you’d be working with on a daily basis is with the product owner in Sweden, 1 analyst in Poland and another in Finland.

Main responsibilities in this role:

Who You Are

This is the right role for you if you’ve previously worked with the MarTech platform tools and wish to be at the cutting edge of it’s implementation in Northern Europe. You are great at stakeholder management and can evangelize an idea, are comfortable in what you know and what you don’t, to inspire trust in those around you.

Your background and skills include:

• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and tools such as Edge network, Federated Audience Composition, Data Distiller and other components from the IT perspective
• Experience managing online data collection and forwarding tools such as Tealium EventStream and Software Development Kits
• Understanding and exposure to APIs and System Integrations like APIs, JSON structure and payload, Authentication Mechanisms and error handling

It would be ideal if you also:

• Have a solid understanding of modern web architecture
• Know how to work with access management and user groups
