Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Expert Java, Spring Boot, Project Reactor.
• Kafka, JMS, or equivalent event-driven messaging.
• REST API design and implementation.
• Oracle or other RDBMS (query performance).
• Clean Code, SOLID, design patterns, testable architecture.
• Docker and containerization.
• CI/CD pipelines (built and maintained).
• Experience with AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Take requirements from Product Owner and translate into working software.
• Make architectural decisions shaping system evolution for the next years.
• Review code daily to raise the bar.
• Drive Kubernetes migration and cloud-native transformation.
• Build and refine AI/agentic workflows.
• Mentor and pair-program with other developers.
• Communicate with business stakeholders to translate complexity into clarity.
• Own production incidents and drive fixes.
