Job summary

Fortum is seeking a Senior Manager Go-To-Market to lead the development and execution of our Nordic go-to-market strategy. You will drive scalable, customer-centric go-to-market plans that support growth and increased wallet share across Nordic markets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, identify opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and coach a team of three direct reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven people leadership and team management.
• Strong customer-centric strategy development.
• Experience in cross-functional/matrix organizations.
• Excellent English communication skills.

About you

You are a strategic and hands-on leader who can translate strategy into execution. You thrive in a collaborative and complex environment and have a strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
We believe you bring:

• Experience within go-to-market strategy, business development, or similar areas
• Proven people leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of customer-centric strategy development and execution
• Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive performance improvements

In addition, you likely have:

• Relevant higher education
• Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role
• Strong business understanding, including planning and performance management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
