Job summary

Fortum is seeking a Senior Manager, Offer Development to shape commercial propositions for site development initiatives and to connect delivery, energy supply and funding into compelling offerings. You will coordinate with commercial, development, energy, investment, legal and partnership teams to balance opportunities with timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, offer development, product development, or project development in data centers, energy, renewables or infrastructure.
• Understanding of zoning, permitting, grid connections, and customer site requirements.
• Working knowledge of PPAs, power density, cooling systems, redundancy and fiber.
• Strong capabilities in offer development, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, and customer presentations.
• Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish or Norwegian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial proposition for initiatives, including capacity, phasing, grid, power, sustainability, heat, flexibility, timeline and structure for sites.
• Run business development to solve grid queues, reinforcement schedules and permitting risks for customers.
• Support identifying new and brownfield initiatives for acquisition and development decisions.
• Support marketing, site visits, due diligence, RFIs, and proposal development.
• Run initiatives in parallel across maturities, customer types, land, grid and permitting paths.
• Coordinate with commercial, development, energy, investment, legal, and partnership teams.
