Job summary

Fortum's Corporate Customers and Markets (CCM) is seeking a strategic leader to own the Hedging Offerings portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive development, and ensure strong commercial performance while focusing on customer needs across the Nordic energy markets.

You will manage a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Sales, Trading and Development, and translate insights into differentiated, scalable and profitable hedging solutions for corporate customers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and commercial judgement.
• Customer-centric approach to solving problems.
• Deep understanding of Nordic energy markets and hedging needs.
• Experience in developing customer-led strategies, journeys, value propositions, roadmaps and scalable offerings.
• Ability to connect customer value with market opportunities and profitability.
• Change leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions.
• Fluency in English (Finnish/Swedish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Hedging Offerings Product Management team.
• Define and execute a customer-led strategy, roadmap and differentiated value propositions.
• Analyze customer segments, needs, goals and risk management requirements.
• Engage customers and teams in discovery, validation and co-development of offerings.
• Own portfolio performance, lifecycle management and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Development to translate capabilities into offerings.
• Act as Business Owner for initiatives, prioritizing investments.
• Build trusted partnerships and deliver a consistent customer experience.
