Job summary

MCF Corporate Finance in Helsinki seeks two analysts to join a growing team. You will gain exposure to international M&A transactions across industries and contribute to live mandates with significant early responsibility.

You will prepare pitches, IMs and other decision materials, while performing financial modelling, market analyses and due diligence. Fluency in English and Finnish is required; strong academics and teamwork are essential.

We are looking for two new analysts in Helsinki! Join the team and be part of our journey.

What you'll do

• Gain exposure to international M&A transactions in a wide range of industries
• Be strongly involved in marketing and live mandates as part of a dedicated team with a high level of responsibility from early on
• Perform diverse tasks ranging from preparing high-quality presentation materials (e.g. pitch decks, information memorandums and other decision-making materials) to company and market analysis, financial modelling, due diligence work and other exercises
• Work and meet with various clients and other professional advisors

About you

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an excellent academic record
• Fluency in English and Finnish (other languages are considered as a plus)
• Ambition and ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
• True team-player attitude and being comfortable working with both junior and senior team members
• Preferably some relevant prior work experience, for example, from an internship in investment banking, private equity or management consulting
