Job summary

Sasken Finland Oy in Tampere is seeking an experienced BSP / Embedded Software Engineer to join our software development team. You will bring up new ARM-based embedded platforms, develop Linux BSPs, integrate drivers, and ensure production-ready software for modem integration and other embedded projects.

You will work closely with hardware, modem, and system teams, debug complex issues, optimize platform performance, and participate in validation, with a proactive, collaborative mindset in a

Qualifications

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Embedded Systems, Electronics, or Software Engineering.
Minimum: 2+ years experience (Engineer).
Senior: 5+ years experience (Senior Engineer).

Responsibilities

Hardware bring-up for ARM-based embedded platforms.
Develop and maintain Linux BSPs and drivers.
Debug and integrate bootloaders, kernels, and peripherals.
Collaborate with hardware, modem, and system teams.
Support platform validation, performance analysis, and power optimization.
