Finnair is seeking an IT Product Owner for Operations Control to drive the digital applications that support daily airline operations. You will partner with business stakeholders, Digital teams, architects, and vendors to shape roadmaps, define requirements, and ensure solutions fit the broader IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT product ownership or related roles.
• Experience with requirements management and prioritization.
• Interest in airline operations and technology helps.
• Knowledge of architecture, integrations, APIs, and agile practices.
• Ability to balance business needs and technical considerations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain backlog, priorities, and roadmap for Operations Control apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and identify improvements.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize development based on value, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate development with internal Digital teams, architects, and vendors.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture and integration landscape.
• Coordinate testing, releases, and feature implementations.
• Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support lifecycle management, upgrades, and issue resolution.
