Job summary

Fazer is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead HR and QEHS IT capabilities and drive AI transformation across the organization. The role combines HR technology leadership with enterprise-wide AI initiatives, reporting to the Director, AI, Data and Commercial, and is based at Fazer's Vantaa head office with a strong onsite focus.

You will oversee HR and QEHS tech solutions, collaborate with Group ICT and external partners, and guide the IT team as ICT Business Partner for HR.

Qualifications

• Proven IT leadership and transformation experience.
• Experience developing large-scale HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Hands-on AI transformation experience from use cases to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and QEHS IT portfolio, roadmaps and lifecycle management.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation and governance with the AI CoE.
• Act as ICT Business Partner for HR and develop the IT team's capabilities.
