Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas seeks a Manager Corporate Finance and Decision Support to lead the FP&A function, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for executive decision-making.

You will supervise financial analysts, collaborate across functions, and develop scalable models and KPIs while supporting growth initiatives such as M&A and product launches. Hybrid/onsite work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 3 years leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance business partners to manage the annual budgeting process and develop corporate budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance against targets and conduct analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with BI team to develop KPIs and decision-support measures.
• Build scalable financial models and run scenario analyses for opportunities and risks.
• Support business cases for growth initiatives including M&A and product launches.
• Stay informed on market conditions and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and cooperate with external auditors.
• Improve Adaptive Insights functionality and automate reporting processes.
