Job summary

Accenture Banking & Capital Markets Technology Unit in Helsinki is seeking a Capital Markets Consultant to lead client engagements and drive growth across Nordic borders. You will guide senior client leaders through planning and execution in capital markets initiatives.

The role requires a strong mix of business and tech acumen, with a focus on end-to-end processes, collaboration in cross-functional teams, and hands-on advisory for top-tier financial clients in Finland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical or business school.
• 2–5 years of experience in capital markets is preferred.
• Experience on technology initiatives and projects.
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge of end-to-end capital markets processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high drive and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Finnish and English.
• Resident in Finland.

We are now looking for Capital Markets Consultant. As a senior advisor, you will be leading Accenture teams, providing senior advisory services for our banking clients’ leaders and driving our growth in industry. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives – no matter whether it is on planning or execution stage. Your detailed work description and responsibilities will be determined by your engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our clients technology adoption and transformations are aligned with business goals and processes
• Problem and issue solving, analysis and business expertise
• Acting Capital Markets expert within Accenture industry group
• Taking part or leading our sales and thought leadership pursuits within the industry

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have at least 2-5 years of experience working in capital markets domain, for example in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Life Insurance
• Experience on technology initiatives and projects
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge on the E2E capital markets processes in different asset classes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Finnish and English
• Resident in Finland
