Job summary

Tuxera is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer, Embedded for EMEA to be the primary technical resource for our embedded sales team across the region, qualifying prospects and driving the technical evaluation stage.

The role can be based in Finland, Germany or Hungary with a hybrid setup and regular travel across EMEA to be where the customers are. You will build technical collateral and guide proof-of-concept work as part of the sales cycle.

Qualifications

Seniority in pre-sales, field applications or solutions engineering, ideally around embedded software.
Ability to run multiple accounts in parallel and prioritize under competing demands.
Comfort moving between automotive, industrial, medical, consumer, telco sectors across Europe.
Understanding of embedded software development projects and embedded storage; TCP/IP security.
Ability to shift between technical and business discussions with stakeholders.
Familiarity with functional safety or cyber security standards.
Strong analytical and cross-cultural communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site and web-based presentations and demos to prospects across EMEA.
Own the technical side of the sales cycle: scope evaluations and guide proof-of-concepts.
Validate that the solution design fits the customer's real requirements.
Assess where our software creates value and shape an implementation plan.
Keep sales, R&D and services aligned on customer needs.
Set priorities across parallel accounts and regions and communicate them clearly.
Carry field insight back to product and engineering and build technical collateral.
