Job summary

Griffdon Engineering, a leading electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major electrical packages on data centre projects across Europe. You will report to the Operations Manager and lead diverse teams through design, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring safety, quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams on complex electrical projects.
• Proven track record in mission-critical data centre environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of electrical construction packages from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, QA/QC, planners and subcontractors.
• Develop execution strategies aligned with safety, quality and schedule goals.
• Oversee design coordination, BIM, submittals and technical documentation.
• Drive procurement, testing, commissioning and final handover activities.
