Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Business Development) in Data & Integration to help grow our offerings and support sales and customer teams. You will bridge market needs, customer demands, sales, and our delivery capabilities to turn requirements into clear, implementable solutions.

You will collaborate with data & integration teams, executives, and delivery teams to shape value propositions, offerings, and customer engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in offering and service development, solution architecture, technology, and solution consulting.
• Hands-on experience with data, AI, and integrations, as well as related market-relevant technologies and platforms.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solution concepts, delivery approaches, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated track record in creating new business opportunities or supporting sales growth.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer buying behaviour, and value creation in data-driven business.
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect technology capabilities with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing presales: Support customer and sales teams in account planning and business development. Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders on the customer side.
• Proposal and bid support: Contribute to the opportunity lifecycle (pre-RFx, RFx, DD, BAFO) as a Data & Integration solution expert.
• Offering development and portfolio growth: Develop and maintain Data & Integration offerings, solutions, and service concepts.
• Delivery consultancy: Participate in selected customer engagements as Lead Solution Consultant or Solution Architect.
