Required Skills

• Hands on current proficiency in Python and data processing frameworks such as PySpark or Polars
• Deep understanding of data storage solutions, including relational, non‑relational, and Delta Lake technologies
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with global data harmonization and cross-regional data governance
