Wolt is seeking a Senior Creative Producer for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Helsinki. You will lead end-to-end digital production, coordinating across B2B, Marketing, and partner teams to deliver scalable creative assets.

You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-brand outputs across social, in-app, DOOH, and OOH formats in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management in tech or digital agencies.
• Experience with media plans and asset production across awareness to conversion.
• Strong stakeholder management with distributed teams across time zones.
• Risk management, reporting and proactive problem solving are essential.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
• Tech-forward mindset with interest in AI-powered creative workflows.

Responsibilities
