Job summary

KONE in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Senior Cloud/Full Stack Developer for Digital Services, SW to design and deliver end-to-end cloud-native solutions across IoT Platform, Digital Services, and Analytics Platform. Our teams develop scalable cloud-native systems enabling connected fleets, remote monitoring, intelligent maintenance and AI-driven experiences.

We work in a hybrid way, with a mix of office days (approximately 3 days/week) and remote days.

Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS and production deployments.
Backend development with Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript.
RESTful APIs and microservices.
CI/CD pipelines knowledge.
Full stack development experience.
Frontend technologies (React / Angular / Next.js).
Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Secure coding and responsive design.
Strong collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Build scalable web applications and backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
Design and develop APIs and integrations across IoT, digital platforms and enterprise systems.
Ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, secure and production-ready.
Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions and best practices within the team.
Collaborate across software, data, IoT, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Contribute to improving developer experience, CI/CD pipelines and engineering practices.
Design and development of full stack digital services supporting remote operations and diagnostics.
