Job summary

KONE Corporation in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a Senior Cloud/Full Stack Developer for Digital Services, SW. You will build and operate platforms across IoT, digital services and analytics, delivering cloud-native systems for remote maintenance and AI-driven experiences.

The role offers a hybrid work model (≈3 office days/week) with opportunities to shape end-to-end digital services, APIs, and integrations across enterprise systems. Strong cloud, Node.js, and frontend skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Backend development with Node.js/JavaScript/Typescript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Full stack development proficiency.
• Frontend experience (React/Angular/Next.js).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
• Secure coding and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable web applications and backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Design and develop APIs and integrations across IoT, digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, secure and production-ready.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions and best practices within the team.
• Collaborate across software, data, IoT, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to improving developer experience, CI/CD pipelines and engineering practices.
• Design and development of full stack digital services supporting remote operations and diagnostics.
