Job summary

Nice-business Consulting Oy is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead organizational change management in a large-scale international transformation. The role focuses on readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption across multiple countries and functions.

The candidate will partner with business and functional leadership, project teams, and implementation partners to enable successful transformation and sustained benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading organizational change management and enablement in large-scale international transformations.
• Experience in change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and change communications.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training and enablement programs.
• Experience driving adoption, readiness, and benefit realization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the organizational change management strategy and plan for the project.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments and translate findings into actions.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and sponsorship strategies across functions and regions.
• Define and communicate expected benefits and support realization.
• Design and deliver communication plans for leaders to end users.
• Work with Global Process Owners to align change content with future processes.
• Monitor readiness, adoption, utilization, resistance, and report status and risks.
• Plan hypercare and post-go-live activities for sustained adoption.
