Job summary

Reaktor in Helsinki seeks a senior transformation leader to redesign People and Culture services end to end, with AI at the center. You will shape the operating model, design an integrated calendar, and drive cross-functional changes across P&C, with no direct reports but significant influence.

Expect responsibility for portfolio governance, service design, and scalable processes that connect leaders, HR teams and AI tools to deliver a cohesive, high-impact service experience for Reaktorians.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in transformation, PMO, service design, operating model or change roles, with global and People Team experience.
• Experience designing services end to end around the people who use them, mapping the journey, setting standards and fixing hand-offs between teams.
• A PMO or portfolio track record that teams found useful, with clear governance without excessive overhead.

Responsibilities

• You will own the P&C portfolio and project model, including a monthly review of cross-team initiatives and a light-weight governance cadence.
• Design P&C services end to end from the user perspective, set service standards and measure outcomes.
• Maintain a shared context model covering processes, policies, decisions and ownership for both people and AI workstreams.
• Lead AI and agentic enablement to remove repetitive work and improve efficiency across P&C.
• Shape transformation and operating model changes that scale across the organization and align with the next three-year plan.
