Job summary

Tieto Caretech is building data-driven healthcare solutions in the Lifecare Data Platform on Azure. You will design and implement backend services, run in Kubernetes, and shape data pipelines with Databricks within collaborative sprints.

As a Senior SW Developer you’ll contribute across backend and data contexts, grow technically, and help deliver impactful health tech for diverse teams. Hybrid work options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation on Java and JVM-based development
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST API design
• Hands-on with SQL and relational data modelling
• Exposure to Scala and Python in data context
• Familiarity with distributed processing concepts (Apache Spark)
• Passion to continuously learn new things, aim higher, build great products and solve complex customer problems
• Confidence to take responsibility, honesty and openness as a member of a team
• Beneficial: experience in health/social care data-driven solutions
• Azure, Databricks and Terraform experience are a plus
