Job summary

Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care with modular, open software. We are seeking a Release Train Architect to align architectural decisions with Lifecare strategy, data security, and a set of requirements.

You will lead architecture design and mentor teams across frontend and backend technologies. The role emphasizes hands-on .NET, REST, microservices, and cloud readiness in Azure, with a flexible hybrid work model and a strong focus on collaboration and responsible AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the software industry.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish.
• Extensive knowledge of web technologies and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify software architecture with a focus on the big picture and product architecture.
• Utilize advanced .NET concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Lead and mentor teams in web development using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA, and NgRx/Redux.
• Apply hands-on experience in the .Net Stack and other frameworks to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Implement SOA, IOC, REST API, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture.
