Job summary

Norrin Oy seeks a senior AI platform architect to design, build and own scalable enterprise-grade AI solutions, including AI-native apps, GenAI, and agentic systems. You will combine architecture with hands-on implementation and scale from PoC to production using MLOps/LLMOps.

You will define governance, security and cost transparency while leading teams and implementing Terraform-based Infra as Code in Azure. Hybrid work and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering or computer science.
• Experience leading or driving ML engineering initiatives (player-coach mindset).
• Deep Azure experience with DevOps and cloud-native services.
• Solid understanding of MLOps / LLMOps practices and production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and owning scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms and solutions, including AI-native applications, GenAI solutions, and agentic systems
• Acting as a hands-on architect, combining architecture design with implementation
• Scaling AI/ML and GenAI solutions from PoC to production using MLOps / LLMOps practices
• Designing APIs, microservices, and integrations across complex enterprise environments
• Owning model lifecycle, CI/CD/CT pipelines, observability, and cost transparency
• Defining governance practices, including security, compliance, and model traceability
• Implementing cloud-native solutions and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in Azure
• Acting as a technical lead, bringing structure and engineering rigor across teams
