Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in software or data applications with an AI/ML focus.
• Interest or hands‑on experience with AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience in cloud development, preferably in Azure.
• Strong or growing skills in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with MLOps and bringing ML and AI systems into production.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and SQL.
• A structured approach to problem-solving balancing technical feasibility with business needs.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions focusing on agentic AI.
• Build and evolve Azure-based AI foundations supporting agentic solutions.
• Apply modern software engineering practices including Python, Git, CI/CD.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML systems in production (MLOps).
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and data platforms.
