AFRY is a European leader in engineering, design, and advisory services, actively seeking an Advisor / Senior Advisor to join the Advanced Automation team. The role involves developing and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for energy, industry and digitalization, with a balance+ control philosophy.

The position can be based in Finland or Sweden (Vantaa/Tampere in Finland; Stockholm/Malmö in Sweden) with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor of Science technology degree.
• 5+ years of experience in energy and/or process industry with a strong understanding of automation and control systems.
• Experience with APC and artificial intelligence in energy or industrial process control.
• Understanding of power boilers, power and heat production, and industrial processes.
• Track record of technical development.
• Global experience with multicultural teams across time zones and collaboration with various partners in industrial automation.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
