Job summary

AFRY seeks an Advisor / Senior Advisor for its Advanced Automation team. The role offers hybrid work in Finland or Sweden, with locations including Vantaa, Tampere, Stockholm, or Malmö.

You will contribute to developing and delivering advanced automation solutions for energy, industry and digitalization, collaborating across global teams and partner networks. You will drive innovation using AFRY's Balance+ control philosophy, participate in project delivery, and mentor diverse engineers while

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor of Science technology degree.
• 5+ years in energy/process industry with automation.
• Experience with APC and AI in energy/industrial processes.
• Understanding of power boilers and heat production.
• Track record of technical development.
• Global, multicultural collaboration across time zones.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
