Job summary

AFRY Finland is seeking a Design Engineer / Lead Engineer to join the Advanced Automation team. You will participate in developing and delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for energy, industry and digitalization, leveraging AFRY’s Balance+ control philosophy.

Preferred location is Vantaa or Tampere, with AFRY’s hybrid working model. The role suits someone with automation project experience and a drive to learn and grow in industrial automation and process control.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor of Science technology degree.
• Experience with DCS programming, configuration, commissioning, or troubleshooting.
• Application engineering experience from a major DCS system is a benefit.
• Some experience in energy or process industry with automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced automation and process control solutions.
• Contribute to projects across energy, industry and digitalization domains.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Automation team to drive sustainable outcomes.
