Job summary

Oneflow is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal in our Finnish team. You will build your own pipeline, drive new business, and directly impact revenue growth in the Nordics.

You will proactively prospect, manage the pipeline with discipline, and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large companies, aiming to hit and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Have experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a strong plus).
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Comfortable with prospecting and phone outreach.
• Able to build trust and move deals forward.
• Used to working toward clear targets and owning results.

Responsibilities

We’re now looking for hungry Senior Account Executives to join our Finnish team—people who want to take ownership, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals at a high pace.

As a Senior Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal.

This is a role for someone who wants to build their own pipeline, drive new business, and directly impact revenue growth.

You will:

• Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through calls, social selling, and networking
• Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
• Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large companies across the Nordics
• Manage your pipeline and forecast with structure and discipline
• Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding your targets

Skills and requirements

• Have experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a strong plus)
• Are comfortable prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Have a strong internal drive and enjoy competing—both with yourself and others
• Are used to working towards clear targets and take ownership of your results
• Know how to build trust and move deals forward
• Use modern sales methods (e.g. social selling) to create opportunities
• Are fluent in Finnish and English
