SEB is a critical part of society, helping maintain financial services such as payment capabilities in several countries where we operate. The role is part of the Physical & Personnel Security team, which belongs to Group Security & Cyber Defence. This unit is responsible for maintaining robust and resilient security across the entire bank on group level. Our team sets requirements, follows up on adherence, and provides advice on physical security, personnel security and personal security including travel and event security. We are in a development phase, striving to structure and integrate security throughout SEB’s operations to deliver world-class security and service.
As a security specialist, you will work both as part of a team and independently to drive, develop, and follow up on personal security efforts. You will support the business in risk analysis and coach local security capabilities in different countries.
You will help develop and revise work methods, routines, and cross‑functional instructions. You will also be involved in the unit’s overall security work, where collaboration with various parts of the bank is key.

The corporate language at SEB is English. Travel may occur, but the work is primarily based in Stockholm, Solna. Over time, the role may be classified as a security-sensitive position and include on‑call duties.
