Job summary

SEB is seeking a security specialist to contribute to personal and physical security for staff and customers. The role sits in the Physical & Personal Security team within Group Security & Cyber Defence, driving security across SEB’s operations.

You will work both in a team and independently to support risk analysis, develop work methods, and coach local security capabilities across different countries. The position is based in Stockholm/Solna with travel as needed and may evolve into a

Qualifications

• Relevant education in security or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience supporting and/or handling incidents.
• Communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to structure and manage security work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop personal security, including event and travel security.
• Develop internal regulations, methods and processes based on legal requirements.
• Provide advisory support and drive security requirements to mitigate personal-related risks.
• Translate threat assessments into risk assessments for the business.
