Job summary

SEB in Finland is seeking a Senior Developer to build the next-generation Transaction Monitoring platform on Google Cloud Platform. You will design cloud-native solutions and help shape the technical direction alongside architects, developers and business stakeholders.

Build the future of Financial Crime Prevention at SEB

SEB is building a next-generation Transaction Monitoring platform on Google Cloud Platform. Our mission is to modernise critical financial crime prevention capabilities, replace legacy solutions and create a scalable platform that will support the bank for many years to come.

We are looking for a Senior Developer who thrives in complexity.

Candidates with backgrounds such as:

• Engineering Physics or Engineering Mathematics
• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Physics or Mathematics PhD

A PhD in Physics or Mathematics combined with software engineering experience can be just as relevant as many years of banking experience.

Experience within financial crime prevention, banking or our specific technology stack is beneficial, but not required.
