Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Finnish or Swedish.
• Demonstrated proactivity, results orientation, strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to participate in international projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Previous experience in engineering work related to high and medium voltage substations is an asset.
• Experience in design software such as E3, AutoCAD, PCM600 is an advantage.
• Understanding of substation control and protection systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review substation drawings and essential construction documents.
• Conduct engineering calculations and oversee commissioning processes.
• Provide technical evaluation during pre-FAT and FAT stages; support installation.
• Participate in testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in international environments.
