Job summary

Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort in Saariselkä, Lapland, Finland, seeks skilled receptionists for the winter season 2026-2027. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle bookings and respond to inquiries, with a focus on outstanding service in a premium Arctic setting.

Requirements include fluent English, a hospitality degree, international work experience, familiarity with PMS or similar systems, and a proactive, independent work attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Tourism.
• Previous international work experience is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of PMS or similar systems.
• Proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Assist and guide guests during their stay.
• Book activities and arrange transport for guests.
• Answer emails and phone calls.
• Support colleagues with other tasks around the resort as required.
