Job summary

KeyStaff Oy in Inari, Finnish Lapland, is seeking several Receptionists for the winter season. You will work at the hotel and holiday village reception and at the safari office front desk. The role runs from mid‑November to the end of March with full‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include guest check‑ins/outs, activity sales, equipment rental, and guest inquiries by phone/email. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, sales or customer service.
• Willingness to obtain Finnish Hygiene Passport and Alcohol Serving Passport.
• Comfortable using computers and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at the reception and front desk.
• Selling and coordinating activities and excursions.
• Renting outdoor equipment and assisting guests with activities.
• Handling inquiries by phone and email and managing check-ins/outs.
• Café sales and sauna reservations.
