Job summary

ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We seek a Missions Program Manager to deliver complex satellite mission programs end-to-end, coordinating across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer success.

Location can be Sweden or Espoo, with Remote/Hybrid/Office options. The role requires Swedish language skills and the ability to obtain security clearance, supporting ICEYE’s global mission delivery and scalable program

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Experience with large-scale technology systems (space/defense, telecom, IT)
• Strong customer-facing experience and stakeholder navigation
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage governance
• Fluent Swedish and eligibility for security clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver Satellite Mission programs on time, within budget, and to agreed performance standards
• Act as the primary interface across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
• Establish program plans with scope, milestones, resources, and financials
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Drive scalable program management practices across Missions
