Job summary

ICEYE in Espoo, Finland, is seeking an Electronics and RF Test Team Lead to guide the Electronics and RF Test Team through qualification and testing of next-generation satellite systems. You will develop test jigs, construct test setups, and prepare documentation for the production line while mentoring engineers and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

This permanent, hybrid on-site role requires a Master’s in electronics and hands-on lab

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications (or related field).
• Experience with electronics lab instruments and measurement equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical team or project.
• Experience moving products from prototype to manufacturing.
• Work in R&D projects related to space hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team.
• Interpret OKRs and delegate tasks to achieve domain goals.
• Lead trade studies, design reviews, and qualification docs.
• Ensure timely product delivery from concept through qualification.
• Mentor team members and support career development.
• Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across teams.
• Report progress, risks, and metrics to management.
