Job summary

ICEYE seeks a Senior Electronics Test Engineer in Espoo, Finland to lead qualification testing for power, digital, and mixed-signal electronics. You will design robust test strategies, develop automated tests, and mentor junior engineers, enabling scalable production readiness for ICEYE’s satellite programs.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in electronics testing, MCU and PCB experience, and strong English communication in multicultural teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with microcontroller programming.
  • Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium or similar EDA tools.
  • Experience with SPICE-based circuit simulation.
  • Hands-on experience testing custom electronics using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
  • Strong problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis of failures.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities, including mentoring less experienced engineers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Design and execute qualification test plans and campaigns for power, digital, and mixed‑signal electronics

What are we looking for
Must haves:
  • BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or similar

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics testing, test automation, or related fields
