Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in business analysis or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP implementations, preferably SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules, such as SD, MM, QM, PP, or FICO
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• Experience implementing enterprise systems and applications
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build alignment between stakeholders
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
• Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support and lead SAP implementation and development initiatives across relevant business processes
• Manage activities throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process mapping to implementation
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
• Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
• Collaborate across functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new solutions
• Support continuous improvement and help develop efficient, scalable ways of working
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
