Job summary

Hullu Poro Oy in Levi invites you to join Tonttula as Santa Claus/Tonttula staff, delivering magical and safe experiences to visitors of all ages. You will be part of the team creating memorable moments and guiding guests through seasonal experiences.

You will engage guests, maintain dressing rooms, support event preparations, and work with a friendly team to provide warm Finnish hospitality in a unique immersive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or performance is a plus.
• Basic Finnish and English skills are required.
• Willingness to perform in a visible role and engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Participating in delivering visits and encounters in the Santa/Tonttu role.
• Handle customer service and guest guidance.
• Ensure comfort and safety during events.
• Collaborate with the Tonttula team and maintain tidy spaces.
• Support event preparations and dressing room upkeep.

Join the cheerful team in Levi! We are seeking a new Santa Claus / Tonttula staff member who brings warmth, experiences and top customer service to our visitors.

In the role you will be part of delivering the visitor experience and ensure that every interaction at Tonttula is magical and safe.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the delivery of visits and encounters in the Santa role or related tonttu tasks
• Handling customer service
• Guiding visitors
• Ensuring comfort during events
• Collaborating with the entire Tonttula team
• Enforcing safety and hygiene requirements
• Keeping the work area tidy
• Supporting event preparations
• Dressing room maintenance
• Small surprise programs

What we expect from you:

• excellent customer service attitude and ability to create warm, safe and immersive experiences for guests of all ages
• good communication and stage presence, willingness to perform in a visible role
• ability to work flexibly in varying situations and busy times with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
• basic Finnish and English skills
• other languages are a plus
• good teamwork and willingness to collaborate across areas
• previous customer service or performance experience is a plus
