A family-owned Arctic company is seeking seasonal Santas Helpers for Winter 2026-2027 in Rovaniemi, Finland. In this role, you will welcome guests to a Christmas-themed park and share stories while guiding them through activities. Applicants should have natural interaction skills, confidence in storytelling, and the ability to work in winter conditions. Overview

SantaPark Arctic World is a family-owned company rooted in the Arctic Circle, where Christmas stories are brought to life throughout the year. We create meaningful experiences that combine Finnish traditions, nature, and carefully crafted storytelling. We are looking for seasonal team members for Winter 2026-2027 (10/2026 – 1/2027 & 10/2026 – 3/2027).

Role

Santas Helpers are at the heart of the experience. In SantaPark, an underground Christmas-themed park, you welcome guests into the lively world of Santa’s cavern, guiding them through fun, Christmassy activities and encounters at their own pace. In Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka, a premium Christmas destination hidden in the forest, you lead families through a carefully crafted story. You guide, listen, respond, and help each family feel that the experience is truly their own. Please note that work in Joulukka is partly outdoors in a winter forest environment. Depending on the situation, the role may also include supporting restaurant service alongside professional waitstaff. This can involve assisting in guest service during meals as part of the overall experience.

This role is about presence. You work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to different situations while keeping the experience smooth and consistent for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through activities and encounters in SantaPark and Joulukka.
• Engage with guests through presence, listening, and storytelling to create a personalized experience.
• Support restaurant service alongside professional waitstaff when required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and consistent guest experience.

General requirements

• Additional skills are highly valued (e.g., face painting, balloon art, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, acting)
• Hold a driving license and have experience driving in snowy, icy conditions
• Brave the Arctic, able to work outdoors for extended periods in winter conditions
• Manage time well and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
