Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Espoo, Finland invites ambitious undergraduates or graduates to our Sales Summer Internship. You will work with leading brands such as Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Fairy, Oral-B and Pampers, collaborating with Finland's major retailers to sell, negotiate and execute ideas using analytics and shopper insights.

Over the 10-week program you will receive coaching, mentoring and formal training as you deliver your work.

Qualifications

• University undergraduates who will have completed their degree by Summer 2028 or graduates who have completed a degree.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Finnish and English verbal and written skills to business proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Sell brands to retailers and execute ideas using analytics and shopper insights.
• Lead live business projects and contribute to internship deliverables.
• Collaborate with mentoring and coaching during the internship.
