Job summary

Advaun Oy in Espoo, Finland is seeking a B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Intern for 4–6 months. This on-site, full-time internship is entirely commission-based with no fixed base salary.

You will prospect, outreach, book meetings, prepare sales materials and demos with senior managers, draft social posts and CRM notes, and participate in events and training. Finnish and English fluency required; Swedish or another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current student, thesis candidate or recent graduate in marketing, digital media, communications, sales, business development, market research, customer experience or a related field.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish or another European language is a plus.
• Interest in computer science and AI; willing to learn and communicate confidently.

Responsibilities

• Customer prospecting and research (10% of time).
• Customer outreach (50% of time): call prospects, understand needs, book meetings.
• Meeting and demo preparation (20% of time): prepare sales materials and product demos.
• Social media and website content (10% of time): draft posts and updates.
• Industrial events, training and CRM record (10% of time): attend events and log discussions and follow-ups.
