Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Espoo, Finland invites ambitious undergraduates or graduates to our Sales Summer Internship. You will work with leading brands such as Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Fairy, Oral-B and Pampers, collaborating with Finland's major retailers to sell, negotiate and execute ideas using analytics and shopper insights.

Over the 10-week program you will receive coaching, mentoring and formal training as you deliver your work.

If so, our Sales Summer Internship is the perfect opportunity for you! Working in sales at P&G means working with great brands like Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Fairy, Oral-B and Pampers, as well as in projects linked to Finland’s biggest grocery retailers. You will build and design ideas, strategize using analytics and shopper insights, use your relationship and understanding of the market to sell, negotiate and execute your ideas.

What To Expect

During your 10-week summer internship you will get a first‑hand experience of what a career in sales at P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern will receive coaching, mentoring and formal training as they deliver their work. Location and Duration

This role is based at our office in Espoo, Finland and we look to offer internships to our top candidates by the end of January!

Start date: The internship's duration is from June 7th 2027 until August 13th, 2027. We expect interns to be available for the full duration of the internship. Onboarding will be week commencing 7th June 2027 and is likely to be a combination of training in Espoo and Stockholm.
