Renoa is looking for a Sales Representative in Kuopio to help homeowners prevent damages by ensuring necessary plumbing, sewage, or electrical renovations are performed. The role is independent and mobile, requiring persistence and discipline to achieve results through customer acquisition.

New employees start with a 12-week sales training program to acquire the necessary skills. While the role involves independent lead generation, support is provided by supervisors and installers. There are opportunities for career advancement to roles such as manager or trainer.

The position is commission-based. For the first six months, a guaranteed minimum salary of 1,600 €/month is provided along with tax-free allowances for per diems and mileage. With active basic performance, typical earnings are between 3,000 and 4,500 €/month, with no upper cap on earnings.
