Sensmet is seeking an Operations Manager to help scale its globally unique deep tech liquid analytics platform. You will work closely with the CEO and management team, acting as a key operational driver in international growth.
A central part of the role is coordinating national and international R&D projects, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliant project execution. The position is based in Otaniemi, Espoo, with a hybrid onsite setup and a salary of 4000–5500 €/month.
Sensmet is looking for an Operations Manager to help scale a globally unique deep tech solution transforming industrial and environmental liquid analytics.
Key responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and management team, acting as a key operational driver in Sensmet’s international growth. You will ensure that our R&D projects, internal operations, and commercial support run smoothly as we scale.
A central part of your role will be managing national and international R&D projects, supported by organisations such as Business Finland, ELY, and the EU. You will take ownership of preparing, writing, coordinating, and reporting project applications together with our management team and technical experts. You will ensure compliant project execution, budgeting, and documentation once funding has been secured.
In addition, you will support management and sales in operational matters: preparing materials, assisting in customer communication and helping develop scalable processes across internal operations. The role will be tailored based on your experience level and strengths.

This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly by Sensmet. The role is based in Otaniemi, Espoo, and we hope you can work onsite regularly as part of a flexible hybrid model.
Salary in this position is approximately 4000–5500 €/month, depending on your experience and level of responsibility.
