Job summary

Jobtailor in Helsinki is seeking a senior security leader to drive the security program for global SaaS products and internal IT. You will set strategy, standards, and policies, and oversee threat modeling, secure design, and code review practices.

You will manage incident response, tabletop exercises, and audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR. Collaboration with DevOps, platform, and support teams is essential to secure systems and data.

Qualifications

• Cloud and production infrastructure security experience.
• Experience partnering with DevOps and platform teams.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• CISSP, CISM or CISA welcome but not a substitute for hands-on experience.
• EU citizenship or eligibility for required security clearances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security across globally used SaaS products and the internal IT environment.
• Set or update security strategy, standards, and policies.
• Own incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and end-to-end response readiness.
• Manage ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other standard renewal efforts.
