Job summary

Stora Enso in Finland invites an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the Nordic planning process across demand, supply and financial targets for the Liquid Packaging Board portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Mills and Planning teams to secure data-driven decisions and continuous improvements, using strong analytical skills.

The role requires 3+ years in S&OP or demand planning, a Master’s in SCM or related field, and solid SQL and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in S&OP, demand planning or supply planning roles.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Hands-on SQL queries and Power BI reports (DAX).
Knowledge of ERP or advanced planning systems; OMP or Fenix is a plus.
Customer-facing capability with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee S&OP process across demand, supply and financial targets.
Consolidate and communicate production planning outlook across board machines.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making.
Utilize SQL and data automation tools to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Mills and Planning teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and data quality.
Support scenario planning and risk management in planning.
Engage with customers and key accounts during planning discussions.
