Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager to connect customer demand with production capabilities across our Nordic Liquid Packaging Board network. The role involves leading S&OP processes, building robust mid- to long-term plans, and collaborating with Sales, Mills and Planning teams in a global setting.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, perform data extraction with SQL, and drive data-driven decision making while engaging with key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in S&OP, demand or supply planning, ideally in paper/packaging

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process aligning demand, supply and financial targets
• Consolidate and communicate production planning outlook across board machines
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Use SQL for data extraction and automation to improve planning accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Mills and Planning for smooth information flow
• Support scenario planning and risk management activities
• Engage with customers and key accounts in planning discussions
